Day 15 – I Like To Move It, Move It

Did you sing instead of reading the blog title? Hehe.

Move. Do something. Anything.

You cannot get unstuck when you are doing the same things that got you stuck in the first place. That’s crazy.

Even if what you are doing isn’t necessarily relevant to what you want to change or achieve, doing anything differently will help you feel different and experience your daily norms differently.

The smallest action will get the momentum of change started.

When I say small, I meant it.

There are many small things you can do differently every day. Eat something different. Say something different. Watch something different. Read something different. Comb your hair different!

A mountain of small things leads to bigger things.

Read again, a MOUNTAIN of small things. Keep doing it and keep moving. It might take some time but it will happen.

And when you gain enough momentum, you’ll suddenly have a what I call the ‘NIKE moment’, when you say ‘Just do it!’ and you go all out to achieve what you wanted.

One of the best feelings, ever.

We all suck at different things. We might be great in certain areas of our lives but some areas, maybe not so. And that’s ok.

Some people might make you feel like you failed life because you suck at something. Forget about them.

Don’t let what you suck at stops you from getting better and making a change in your own life and the lives of others.

So, my friends. Take the first step today. Let’s do it together.

What small thing do you want to start doing? Share with me in the comments below.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
